    It's inhumanly stupid to release a very sad attempt at solo content in a classic trinity roles game. We were saying this in 2013 and nothing has changed since then. Or actually it did - for the worse.

    If we don't need solo content just because it's a mmo, the devs could just remove quests, bams, open world and keep only dungeons.

    Actually, many people agree mmos should never have any kind of solo content. Sure, those people have never managed an mmo themselves so they may have little idea how many solo players who bring actual profits still exist out there, but we all have an opinion. :3

    Solo content isn't just about people who play alone, it's also something to do when friends are busy, or during quiet times. When everything is strictly group oriented it means you have nothing to do when no one you know is available, or not many people are on.

    It's only like that because nearly every Priest expects to be able to kill BAMs or clear solo content as quick as dps classes while being in equipment fully rolled for healing. Some of them complain about Mystic's damage ignoring the fact a lot of them have a dps setup to do that.

    I am gonna assume EME is preparing their own notes about it. Remember that Gameforge teased the Aces Wild patch first than EME, but in the end, we got it on the same day.

    Well, Gameforge gotta find a way to keep whats left of their player base. I'm sure after the MWA being completely removed from in game methods, and placed in the shop over there in EU Tera, they lost more population that NA did over the course of a year. Those times where we would welcome with open arms all of the EU refugees :)

    With the same set-up, a mystic will still definitively outdps a priest. Though I'm pretty sure that's not the point. Solo content is silly, difficult solo content would be a nightmare for healer mains. The mere fact that a healer needs 2 gear sets to function should give you a hint.

    A hint of? It's unreasonable to expect healers to output absurd levels of damage with no investment into offensive stats while being impossible to die with. There's also the fact a secondary set of offensive mid tier weapon/gloves is a pretty minimal investment. Tera utilizes the trinity, and as such, don't expect there to be much fairness between each role regarding anything solo related. Otherwise, there's already other games that are balanced around everyone being a dps class since they don't have healers/tanks.

    Even games like DC Universe where all characters have a toggleable dps role and an extra role (tank, heals, controller), they need two gear sets to function. Only the super hardcore get BiS versions of both.

    This solo content is apparently not hard if the required i-level is a hint. THOUGH, they could make it hard through other methods, like timers or one shot wipe mechanics, without having to include the need for high armor or attack values.

    A hint of an issue. But, I guess, people who struggle with getting 1 mid tier set should feel good that, to you, having 2 sets is minimal expense. Also, Tera's trinity and the solo content didn't just magically appear in the game. They were created by the developers. So, I do think some sort of fairness should be expected when somebody made a conscious decision of putting both those things in the game.
