What is this even? Repair did nothing, must be something with the game conflicting with windows 10...again.

It's because he's running sweetFX. I had the same issue until I got rid of it. Problem solved.

Uhm. yeah. Looks like a nice thing to have, but Tera will indeed not like it much. You might want to use these on the games that run the most stable on your system.
SweetFX links to the d3d11 dll file in the windows folder despite the game not using it, the shader still needs to be able to reference it or it will throw the error. Windows 8.0 and up do not allow this to happen.
ReShade doesn't have this problem.
You have to use ReShade.
So trying to understand this software, which I have never used before. It's supposed to add visual effects to the game better than what the game itself can do, and using less resources? Is this what's it supposed to do?
