    There is a permanent version, however you need to complete achievements from current festivals as well as Rootstock(which we don't yet have) to get it.

    ohhh.ive completed all the current sun festival achievements .

    Go to the achievement tab
    Select Special > Festivals

    now scroll all the way to the bottom

    Now All I Need Is a Lamp

    that is the achievement you need for the perma mount
