VM8 Mats BG Costs

I looked at the spreadsheet for crafting VM8 and you can get the mats from PvP'ing but they're ridiculously expensive like VM7 mats were, EME could you guys possibly lower the price of KS or Belli credits to get some of the mats? Not to the point where all you need to do is que for a battleground once and you'll have enough for 2 mats, but right now the prices for the mats would require you to max out belli & ks credits entirely and even that would only get you like one of a certain mat. Just a question/suggestion. Or am I the only person who thinks this?

    70k per piece? seeing as you need like 20, yes. They are a tad overpriced.
    Would be easier to clear a few dungeons to obtain the materials.
    And that's what they are trying to Motivate you to do.

    Honestly, i wouldn't spend 70k per piece. But to each their own

    I guess yeah, but I mean, it could be a good thing to bring attention to it now then later when the patch gets released and it be potentially too late to do/say anything about it maybe?

    Conflate is your pvp gear. It's equivalent to Imperator up to +13 ish or 14. Imperator weapon is more for pve, and as such we're lucky to even be able to get imp mats through BG creds. We're even more lucky that pvp jewelry and conflate is obtainable solely through pvp. Although I wish they added more options to acquire colluva ore through BGs.

    Most of the pvp colluva comes from battleground boxes, but those are mostly being sold to pve players who are looking for the imp mats. Perhaps a better choice would be to add untradable box rewards, or to add boxes that specifically dropped colluva ore, flat nodes, and con nodes.

    In ANY case though, the pvp box drops should be changed. PVE boxes like imperator's treasure boxes only drop pve mats like versas, oils, etc. -- obviously they do not, and should not drop flat nodes or con nodes. Likewise, pvp boxes like sea chests, fraywind boxes, kumas boxes, and grid boxes should only drop pvp mats. PvE boxes, PvE mats. PvP boxes, PvP mats. Shouldn't be any confusion here...

    En Masse isn't Gameforge... VM mats should be earned, not handed for little effort.

    Why would you even make VM8 for pvp when Conflate Chest Gloves are best in slot for pvp.
    Boots are almost the same VM8 boots is hardly better.

    On Yosha's spreadsheet it says that Conflate boots get the same crit resist of VM8. Can anyone confirm this or is it the same as the spreadsheet above?

    Because spamming SSHM, DFHM and winning RNG roll is super hard? Don't be double standards. We have items that are easier to get than EU too. I'm all for everything is easier to get.

    It has never taken effort to get vm. What you mean is time and willpower along with luck if you aren't doing pass runs.
