Being called a bot?
Someone just said "We have a bot archer, they just auto attack"
What does this mean? Good/bad??

Still new to tera..
Pretty much this. New players often make the huge mistake of spamming auto attack instead of using a proper skill rotation. This is fine since they are new to the game. But when it repeats very often, people tend to assume either:
- The player is clueless of what he/shes doing.
- The player does not have skill at all or do not know how to play its class.
- The character in question is a bot.
If you do not wanna be called any of the 3 above, i suggest you to check a guide for Archer so that you do not constantly find yourself spamming auto attack.
It's all good information, but you may want to start with the Rotations part- the skills people will expect you to use, rather than just standing and holding down left-click.
But vanilla classes auto have a special effect that increase the attack speed of a certain skill after a number of hits. Maybe he is just using to charge PA faster.(not many people know about this)
Back to archer depending on the lvl you are there, isnt to many skills to use, since roa and range trap are just unlocked at later lvls.
Other option is that is that OP was using RF, but his ping is so high that looks like like a Auto attack.
I can't speak for pro archers out there since I'm average at most. But even with the charge buff(which I actually don't see anywhere but gonna give the benefit of the doubt), I don't see auto attack as something to be spammed. Plus, there's other ways to boost charge speed (of at least penetrating arrow). I personally use radiant arrow, then shoot cancel a glyphed final salvo to speed up penetrating arrow charge. Also rapid fire returns a fair bit of mana and has a very short cooldown. Enough to shoot it in between charge combos or RoA stuff.
