Im having the same issues for 3 days, cant play without frozen or just dc.

4. What are you doing in game when you disconnect?
5. Are you kicked completely out of the game or are you kicked to the server or character select screen?

I got a back up, uninstalled the game completely, and removed the remained files. installed it again and copied the back up.installed the newest driver for ATI cards, In game things got better, I nearly never dced in game but each time I wanna change char or enter any server I dc like 10 times, sometime I stuck at loading. Look at char selection.

4. I was in manglemire. But suddendly the game minimized and expired. After logging back I had to select server again.

Both husband and I have this problem, never had it before even though we play from Croatia, Europe; wrote a ticket on it; did all of the steps on the page for trying to solve the problem; contacted the Internet service provider, but seeing as it does not happen in any other online game, it is not the connection issue, as the connection is a stable 12 Mbps.... Got the generic answer on the ticket to do the steps that are listed on the page. Losing elite time cos of it....
