que lately has been taking pretty long as it is for CS since the removal of level 30+ with the other BG reward buffs and the new kuma game and when you do finaly get into a game now you end up with 10 players on 1 side beeing offline! if you have a good/fun 10 person raid you might still win but the chances are way to low to enjoy a match.

Same thing I was told....It seems to be all Bg's, I sent ss as proof, and I have already posted the answer I was given by the Gm but I will do it again now ;
"I will forward this information to our QA team for further investigation, and should an issue be found, we will release a fix as soon as possible through either our weekly maintenance, or through a hotfix. Unfortunately at this time however, support is not offering compensation for this sort of situation, and as such we are unable to deliver these additional chests and points to your character, and for that I apologize for the disappointment. Should there be a plan of compensation if a bug is found, we will let our community know through either our forums or an announcement on our news site."
This is happening to so many people now, there have been many threads regarding this.....
I agree more people should contact support.
