    I cant imagine it is, especially between new players who couldnt have invested as much points in them and veterans who have.
    Despite this, i was quite let down when it wasnt implemented here. It mostly seemed like new "content" even if it was another grindfest. on the other hand, i dont know what it did to Ktera, so maybe we dodged a bullet...

    Let's not ask for the world people. Only a few talents are truly important in terms of dps or rotation.

    Slayer cds
    Ninja skyfall cd and combo attack chi generation
    Lancer shield counter crit and onslaught cast speed
    Archer RoA and trap cast speed
    Sorc hailstorm cd
    Maybe a couple others I'm missing?

    Actually, its not. A perfect example of this is queen in DS2. Did we need talents to kill her? no? do you imply the new 5man dungeons will be ''harder'' than queen? even DS3 is said to be easier than DS2 so heck, tell me exactly what kind of content is balanced around the talent system

    This is a love-hate situation for me. Seems the Talent System was a great idea for some class balancing, then it became problematic. I love that we aren't getting the Talent System but I hate that we aren't getting the talent system.

    Will Non-KTera make any compensations for the lack of class balancing via Talent System? Is it even necessary? Is KTera a trial ground for Talent System until they get it right? Then will we get it?

    This is just like saying "Theoretically DS2 can be cleared in dread party, so it's perfectly ok to do queen with dread", lol.

    Try this example: During a DS run in Tera NA a good slayer does 1.2mps, while a good reaper does 1.5mps. However, in Ktera with the talent system that same slayer does 1.7mps, thus they buff reaper so he can do 1.7mps too. But guess what, Tera NA won't get the talent system, so when that "balance" patch hits, that slayer will still be doing 1.2mps while reaper got buffed to 1.7mps, thus widen the difference even more. Does it matter if in the end both of them can clear queen ? With some ppl just being able to clear is enough, but if you were to do score run would anyone still take the slayer ?

    Ppl can argue that BHS can simply buff the reaper in Ktera using only talent so it won't affect other regions, but the talent system itself is broken and grind to win (the difference between low and high talent lv is pretty big). The only solution would be remove it in Ktera and make a huge rebalance patch for all classes without talent system.

    I would also like to know why they havent. What are they actually doing with it at the moment, since we didnt get it BECAUSE it was broken. Are they trying to fix it (meaning we might get it later) or ... ?

    im not denying that some classes gets some nice buffs with the talent system. I'm sayin that none of the newer content after talent system release in ktera was balanced around the talent system. We dont get a nerfed version of their dungeons just because we dont have the talent system

    Just what makes you think that BHS will balance new content around slayers having more cdr on their skills cus of a talent? Do you have any idea what you are talking about?

    The link you just provided literally tells you straight out that content is not balanced around talent system, you can see this BECAUSE people clear bosses in such a short time.

    A good enough example can be FINM. That entire dungeon was balanced around schisma gear. Hence why you see people in dreadnaught and better gear. Or skilled players in schisma literally breaking mechanics and making them never show up because they are burning the bosses too fast. This is an easy feat in our current version WITHOUT the talent system.

    But sure, go back to thinking that BHS will make content harder because slayers have that extra cdr on MS, or sorcs on HS, and in the process just make the game unplayable for new players untill they have grinded enough mob dailies to do enough damage to clear content

    I think it's more of a technical issue with how talent point is shared between all characters in the same account, and Ktera might handle it in a different way than NA so they can't just export it. Just my guess, but I had this issue back when we were still using the old character selection screen that you cannot change their position no matter what (even with a GM help) since they would have to change the character creation date for that, thus suggesting the character isn't only bound to the hierarchy server > account > characters, but more like account > server > characters (which makes it much more complicated to deal with account shared info).

    I've already stated above, it's not about being able to clear a dungeon, it's about being able to get the highest score. Even if the dungeon is [filtered] easy there will still be unbalance if one class can clear it twice faster than another.

    even if BHS balance the content around basic gear it dose matter if your skill dmg is different you dont go in a dungeon whit your lvl one skill now do u ? not to mention there is pvp.
    for example the sorc gets mana buff because in ktera they consume more mana because of the hail storm cd reduction but we dont have cd reduction on hail storm but we will get the mana buff

    Then why not just have 1 brawler, 3 ninja and a mystic in your party next patch then? in ktera currently, all the old classes are on par with eachother, while reaper, gunner, brawler, ninja are on top. Ninja being at the absolute top by a lot
