never, :v
I agree on the CoS stuff not being useful because too slow and about people trying to go hardcore in non HM dungeons. As for both I can answer, though. The first is because after testing, CoS IS indeed too slow to be a decent dps source. It's most valuable hit is the end one and one may need to interrupt it. Whereas in the double cut reset build, DC is an extremely hard hitting move. If it resets you get that same hard hit yet again. All taking more or less the same time of a single CoS. As for people trying to go hardcore in NM stuff, I'd assume it is because they want to be done with the instance to move on to something else quicker. BUT, you and i know they are doing it wrong. First, by using IMS, second, by making it even slower because of berating others, so they only make their own pain even slower. kek
As for overall ninja rotations, though, I agree it's WAY too short so it gets boring really fast for most hard core players. Worse to those used to long rotations like sorc.
I'm going to level one myself sooner or later, But i highly doubt ill make it my main.
I just want to make one to play one and see all their abilities in-person just to get a idea how to counter them in pvp.
But I'm being lazy >.>
