Grey Play Button - Cannot start game

Whenever my client is fully patched, the play button remains grey and stays unresponsive. What do?

    What I do that help is I exit the launcher and open it again that help also if you go into tool and click on the repair that help as well the repair only reinstall the lasts patch those 2 should help with the grey button.

    Repair is locked as well, I tried deleting the live-launcer and en.patch file or whatever but no luck there either. ;_;

    Weird that the repair is lock for you can try the game form the file to see if that help I always exit out the launcher repair tool or sometime reset my laptop and that help check form the file lancer first. It can also mean that patch is still downloading to sometime.
