    I used /reset after each run as well.

    In Randun's path you will find 2 goblins in the clustered mob area they give you these 2 quests.

    I killed everyone in the "sneak" part of the Randun path (after making sure there's no achievement for actually avoiding all of them) and found only a single goblin. He says something and gives you an achievement. This is all before the mid boss of that path. I'll check again until I find everything, of course. The bread thing was found in the princess path before the mid boss. There's some bodies laying there and the princess stops near one you can interact with.

    EDIT: Found the journal for the "To serve man" achievement. It's in the "cage" where the first boss spawns. Read it. it's kinda sad and funny at the same time.

    EDIT2: AND finally found the second goblin. It IS in the sneak section as well. Just hidden near the start area. Instead of following Randun, stick to the right and he's in a somewhat hidden passage.

    These weren't really hidden. I mean you could easily find them if you paid little attention.

    At mid settings, the game in that section goes rather dark. Comparing your visuals and mine, in yours is like all lights are on or it's plain daylight while in mine is at night with few lights on. So things do look kinda hidden. >.<
