Are the 'Intro to Noctenium" and Lighthouse questlines removed from the game now?

I usually have my alts run these quick little quest lines for some extra cash, but as I was looking through some old notes, I realized not all my characters had rolled around to handling these quests. Problem is, I am not sure if the quests are not there because I did them already or because they have been removed. Thanks in advance for a reply.

    All gone indeed. Nakaram tower got axed first, noctenium lasted a bit in the new IoD but was later removed.

    They were removed but I believe you can get the nocts and extra money from the new IoD dreadnaught quests.

    Pretty sure they were removed when IoD was reworked.

    they were both removed with ninja patch, since from desolate garden quest you get flawless brooch which has better stats than lightkeeper brooch.
