about the High Watch server and a returning player

Hello. i started the game about 9months ago i believe in HighWatch server which was realised the day after i started the game. after like 3-4 months i quit game because of life stuff ^^ and now i'm back to game.

the server couldn't hold much. not many pub dungeon/raids / stuff in broker etc.

now i see it's much more empty than ever. now i can see it might because of new content coming up , and nothing changed much last 5 months. i have some stuff and some gold in highwatch so i don't wanna start over so i was thinking to migrate my character to somewhere else.

what's your opinion about highwatch , is it ever gonna be better about player density etc or shall i migrate and where to ?

    I recently checked out the amount of players, broker sales and number of LFG parties between servers, with the exception of Celestial Hills as I have no interest in RP. And I have to say every server except Tempest Reach(and most likely Celestial Hills) is pretty identical, or at most had rather subtle differences to Highwatch. Besides PvP servers, there were definitely less new players joining in those than elsewhere I believe.
    The reason it feels too empty is mostly due to you joining when it was at its finest. I myself decided to just stay in HW in the end, but if you do decide to migrate, I do recommend Tempest Reach absolutely, they have the lowest Broker prices at the moment.

    I have played on highwatch and I do agree it's pretty dead over there. I don't know if it's just because of the new patch coming tomorrow or not. I play in CH and it's still well populated due to the RP. It never feels dead there. I personally don't RP at all but I do like playing on a populated server. The top populated servers are CH, MT, and TR so if you feel that you need to change then choose one of these three.

    Highwatch was released at the same time Tera was released on steam, and all the people that donwloaded it to try it was directed to HW unless they had people tell them to join other servers. Tera lost 80% of those players 2 months later, and most that moved to HW moved right back to their original server as soon as server transfers were open again.

    The server is dead, just like most the other servers on Tera except the 3 at the top. Those being MT - TR - CH
