Farewell, Homeward Bound

With the soon-to-come removal of the Stamina system and all that comes with, there is a little known priest skill that will also make an exit: Homeward Bound.

As a long-time priest main, I will miss this skill a lot. Didn't use it often, but when I did, it was The Best Skill used all week.

Did your raid or party ever use this?

My best time with this skill was Day 1 of the new Skycastles. Of course you would be immediately teleported out if you went into another gulid's castle via the middle firepit. But if you had a friend/unwitting accomplice who put down a campfire on the SECOND FLOOR of your rival guild's castle... well we found out that you could fit a LOT of people up there, and as long as you didn't jump down, you'd stay in the castle. :) Blood spilled, BAMs summoned, fun times.

The second floors were patched the next day or so. Lol.

    I will definitely miss that skill too. It was super useful when i went exploring and i needed a priest to teleport me to campfires placed strategically behind invi walls to keep exploring :)

    Best memory was finding weird places in Velika. One time I used homeward bound for the lulz and ended up at a fire that was pretty much just floating in the air very, very high up. This was before flying mounts so I was mystified as to how someone got up there in the first place, but BAM into the travel journal it went.

    You can also Homeward Bound into empty sky castles in areas with more than 1 channel. As long as you are not in channel 1, it won't teleport you out

    I literally have never used this skill once and have only heard horror stories from other priest friends about accidently porting entire raids during alliance PvP to some remote campfire...rip. Hope they replace it with something useful and don't just simply remove it.

    Probably will be removed or changed into a spell version of safe haven.

    Used it in Nexus. Used it for goating. I might miss it
