u actually do. whenever i talk in global u spam "cook the turkey".
No, it is on a 3-4 month schedule pretty much (was longer for a while), but in the past 3 months, what new content have we gotten? Solo dungeons, Manglemire. That's it. Can't really call those big content patches, since we're still on VM7, and SSHM is still the main big dungeon, along with DSU, which we've already had twice now before this. It's getting old.
We normally would've had new sets by now, and thus more to progress toward, but with nothing to progress toward, people stop logging in. As far as gear goes, it's been way overdue to get new (not revamped old) content or new gear, but we'll be waiting another 3 months since KTERA only just got it. They were in a dead zone for content/gearing until that too. You can probably expect populations to keep declining until that patch comes.
I'm pretty confident that MT's ranks are higher than TR's for BGs . JS lol...
I have 65s on both servers so i did my research...
this guy knows it.
As for what server has the best players, I believe that title is and will keep being for MT on both pvp and pve for now. Basically being the top pvp server is what forces it to also be the top pve server because of gear needs. MT is the cool kids club and is where everyone who wants true end game should be. And as the overall Tera population is reduced, all the other servers will see less and less end game runners and people will concentrate on MT.
A single server where one can tag oneself to pvp at will, and where those tagged for pvp can't attack those untagged (a system similar to BnS), could be a good thing to have. Everyone would be in the same boat and the economy would be centralized. But that would probably require a lot of setting up and the server needed would need to be much bigger and faster.
Lastly, and since the comment keeps coming and apparently nothing will stop it from coming again and again, I already explained myself as to why some people prefer pve and don't want to pve. BUT some people will keep thinking for their whole lives that people who aren't into pvp are cowards who shouldn't be playing games at all. So I'll try to refrain myself from re-explaining that my choice of staying in pve has nothing to do with cowardice or fear to lose. But to each their own and whatever floats their boats. I've done enough 'pvp' combat in real life (where you can lose much more than just virtual currency or a few minutes of your life) to know I'm not a coward.
zeclem ?
well thekor since you admit than you know better tempest reach than me can you be the tempest reach tourist guide for new player
great a random fan, i dont know who he is, but i am happy than he is one of my big fan
I know its steam, but nothing else to go by unless EME publishes peak hour numbers:
http://steamcharts.com/app/323370
Went from 25,000 to 2700 for all 6/7 servers combined. That's a retention ratio of 1% well below the 3% which is considered norm for f2p games after 1 year. At certain hours < 1100 people logged on through steam so if we use steam to represent the whole well meh. What is clear though, spreading out 1100 or even 2700 players across 7 servers is ridiculous. Thats less than 400 ppl per server if everything was equal, but we know dead servers exists so its more like 80% on MT 20% the rest. Yes using 80/20 rule speculation cuz why not.
In beginning of January Tera at one point did surpass FF14, but ever since downward spiral to current low numbers we see today.
It picked up in May 2016 guess new release iunno. Then numbers just takes a dive down to rock bottom at times hitting DCUO PC numbers.
biggest fan
thanks
I am very sorry to hear that. But i speak on my experience as an Ex MT player. My main server was always TR, but there was a time when i decided that i wanted to test something different. So i went to MT as people kept saying it was a good server. I was a fool. The moment i arrived to Lumbertown, i was greeted with lowbie gankers who kept saying "git gud nub" or stuff similar to that. Change channels? sure it helped for at least 5 minutes until someone decided to come and not let me do quests for his own "Fun". Somehow i managed to get to lvl 60 when that was the cap, and i was greeted by another form of griefing: Undergeared gank. Literally if i put one foot outside of safe zones, it was 100% sure that a few steps away there was someone waiting for me, just to kill me, and it happened ALL THE TIME.
Now do you want me to talk about how MT was the server who kept feeding on 3s and FWC and then cried about PvP being dead?
It's also funny someone wants to complain about being unable to get groups on TR, when that person has had absurd requirements (+15) for just something as simple as FINM (even after the nerfs to it).
@zoknahal stop saying the truth. didnt you read? tr is for idiots!
