Question on using Ninja as DPS Standard
I am a month old new player (slayer, zerk main) and I have read the upcoming changes about saying to buff all dps to ninja level in the future.
Just a note that I have no problem with the new classes being OP, they are fine with the way they are. I do have a concern where if all dps classes can dps just as strong as ninja wouldn't the game be a bit too easy?
Yes, I would be happy that my characters got buffed. But the reason I rolled these (old) classes in the first place is because they are frustrating and fun to play till this day. You get the experience of pushing yourself on git gud on the class.
I gave ninja a shot and it was really fun, but it lost the element of the high effort / high difficulty while leveling and doing instances.
I want to know the intention and purpose on buffing every class instead of solely nerfing ninja. Is it leaning towards on the newer contents in the future being more difficult so these "hard" contents will be not as hard?

If you nerf a class, (part of) the player base will cry. If you buff all other classes, "it's okay". The outcome is the same, you even out the damage output.
2) Last train to content
You have casual/low performing/whatever players that dont get to see all of the content. May it be missing knowledge, skills, time, equipment, gold, farming time, whatever. As you bring in new content, you give easy access to the soon-to-be-outdated content and lower the hurdle to tackle the difficulty. Again, you could nerf the dungeon/bosses/mechanics or buff the characters.
