Can we please always get the server maintenance warnings?

This is really annoying, this happened multiple times now, that server shuts down w/o warnings, were running dungeon last boss, just like always. it is not a healthy experience for players.

    It is always there. You should really understand when is the regular maintenance time.

    Maintenance is usually 9/10 consistently happening on a Tuesday.

    If you've been playing Tera for a while you should all be aware of this by now. It was posted to the Facebook and Twitter pages that it would be happening.

    Honestly speaking, Enmasse should not assume that every player will know this trend and Deathlogist has his point of view which is not wrong.

    It's been the same time for years, why can't people just learn to remember that one day/time every week. Self entitle babies want everything handed to them. Or better yet, don't go into an instance a half hour before maint unless you know your group can clear it.

    and everyone doesn't follow the official time of NA Tera, I am living somewhere with lots of time difference. So the warnings can help me and people like me but in 2016 ppl still white knighting like idiots.

    Every single MMO that i played have weekly maintenance.
    TERA have the exact same maintenance time for like 3 years.

    We just got the warning messange after FoA patch, before that we didnt have maintenance warning and everybody know that we would have one and noone complained in the forums.

    shut up, tnx. if you wanna defend some few sentences which was giving almost every time except the past months, then you toxic shits are why this game is not improving to gather more ppl instead of massive declines.

    I'm in the UK and still expected Maintenance to hit today around the Usual time for me. The more you know the easier things get and the less complaints you'll have to make.

    Maybe I should just start stating things happening on certain days to keep the un aware and whiny up to date.

    This is the second time it has happened recently- once may be an oversight but twice is a service failure. I'll bring it to their attention.

    I apologize for the confusion caused by the lack of maintenance messages. It should be a quick maintenance this week, so only expect about an hour of downtime. I will make sure the messages are set up for future maintenances.

    To be fair not everyone has been playing tera for years to know that there's maintenance every week on tuesday. Also sometimes they skip tuesdays and do it on thursdays. There should be an announcement regardless.

    You should expect a maintenance every week at the same time, if you don't see a post about it just assume it will happen anyway.

    they just skip on tuesday if the patch day is thursday, or it is holiday in monday.

    you dont need years, just 2 weeks is enough to know the server maintenance time.
