    Sorry there were no server messages for the weekly maintenance. It should be a quick maintenance this week, so only expect about an hour of downtime.

    Usually they do in-game announcements starting 1 hour before maintenance but I'm assuming they are automated and it's been broken for the past 2 weeks at least so there's no announcements at all. It's safe to assume that every tuesday at this time there will be a maintenance. Also sometimes they happen on Thursday.

    That's twitter, not their site. Nobody should be obligated to go on twitter to find out about a maint taking place.

    No one is obligated to browse Twitter, but the Tera site has an own button and site, saying "Server Status", easily accessable from the Tera main site.

    If you are new, you may not had the time to browse the Tera site and dont know it yet. If you are here for several MONTHS (!), you are expected to know about maintenance and at least clicked the server status button once to read about the the weekly maintenance.

    I wonder how many tickets go into support, asking where the server status site is. At least OP did start a thread here to ask and not sent in a ticket.
