    Honestly, with the pace that new equipment is introduced, getting a single item to +12 (not +15) would not be worth the credits. Presumably someone who has invested that much in the game would have the resources to do it the regular way anyway, but this is just a (costly and IMO pointless) timesaver.

    I'm not really sure how this is NA, as we don't have any rewards at Tier 3. The shelves are also screwed up. On NA our Tiers are 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 only. I guess maybe something got screwed up.

    but all i did was verify my client via steam,(then downloaded some 500mb of stuff) then ran the launcher and downloaded another decent size patch.

    Well i dont want to accuse you of lying but acutally the Shop is called:
    "TERA Rewards" and not ViP Information or ViP Shop.

    Maybe the patch went wrong for you.

    Yeah, it's definitely screwed up. It's called the "VIP Store" for you, and that's not what it's called, in addition to everything being off and messed up.

    I guess I'd try running a repair or something.

    It's always been called that for me(and several other people) due to some UI mods, however the store is still perfectly functional and I bought/used one of the +12 awakening scrolls for shits and giggles.

    Well, it seems obvious that this is the problem. I would try disabling the mod and seeing if everything returns to normal.

    Since 2013 with the game's only purpose is baiting people into cash shop by whatever means necessary. Aside "vip store" weird title, I wouldn't bat an eyelid if it was available in that "whales only" store. How is that even different from tricking/conditionig people to "awaken/enchant" next meaningless VM set and gating that through nasty one arm bandit machine ? Same [filtered] in the end, just different means.

    EU Tera's Elite is named VIP, VIP Store suggests these screenshots are from EU Tera.

    NA Tera is Tera Rewards Emporium
