Item Claim server down?

I just wanted to see if I was the only one that had this issue today.

Yesterday, I could claim items just fine, but as of right now it's telling me repeatedly that the server cannot be reached.
I'm assuming this isn't any fault on my end. I've tried repairing, etc .. so now I guess I have to play the waiting game to get my loot boxes.

- I'm on Celestial Hills btw.

    Having the same issue on several toons. Just checked on another server to verify not JUST Highwatch--same issue on a toon on Tempest Reach.
    Puts a crimp in my impulse buying/instant gratification cycle!
