Having issues logging in

I was server hopping and now my ping was spiking and I'm getting a white screen on the launcher that sometimes says "RETRY".

Whats happening with the hamsters? Anyone else having these issues? Right now I'm getting "Loading login screen" and the launcher just closed.

    I didn't have the log in issue but at times it seemed the launcher was a bit slow to show the login screen. I was experiencing quite a number of spikes today, which is not normal for me and started around 6 pm eastern. Usually I'm around 20-50ms but it jumped to 300-500 to about 1000.

    It seems it might be happening in sshm or dungeons in general? In open world it seems to be okay.

    Here I recorded this when I first experienced it earlier today and couldn't even log out or to character screen:



    It was like this for 2 or 3 minutes and then it exited to my desktop with no message.
    And I thought the servers were going down.
