Latency-wise and que wise how good is MT with it, compared to other servers?

    Your latency (commonly called "ping") mainly has to do with how close you live to the server. It will be the same for you on every NA server.

    Queues are cross server, so your queue times will be the same on any of the servers.

    The LFG on MT is one of the most active. MT is one of the most populated servers.
