Trend of blaming Tanks and Healers by DPS players. Lets talk the problems.
I have seen couple of threads, like Bad Brawler, bad tanking, bad healer, you see the blames floating in chats every where. I believe the minority are not the problems, it is the majority. Of coarse I am not talking about all DPS players, we have way too many good ones. I have been playing all classes, I play all classes often, so got a pretty decent picture of what is happening in dungeons.
Before I start, I must admit, yeah they are healers that can't do healing when they wanna dps and they can't even dps well, it goes to tanks too, specially Brawlers which has heavy dps capability, one of biggest problems with Brawlers are timing, You see them carry mobs away from a Zerk which is charging Cyclone, or from any DPS that is focusing on the area to do damage to MOBS. On this matter, I believe we need to put some short dungeon run guides for any class, specially healers and tanks which are really important.
But lets talk about DPS classes:
1: Aggro and Back Criting: Most dps players believes that Aggro means that boss must stay still and face tank only. so they stand there and Back Crit 24/7, They should know now that Bosses are changing their position a lot, that is intended and that is good. If you want to Back Crit, you gotta position yourself, you gotta iFrame spells, you gotta manage to get into a position to Back Crit, So if you are not able to Back Crit much, it is a problem of positioning and efforts. It takes effort t Back Crit a lot recently.
2. Healing and iFraming: Since I am back into the game, recently, I barely see DPS players iFrame, specially early dungeons, That is why you see many DPS player die after they reach lvl 48 and GL starts to destroy their ego. iFrame is a must, if you get hit by everything how can you expect that healer keep you alive, healer is there to sustain you HP and MP to maximize effectiveness against bosses and mobs. Also, there is another thing, No one picks Motes or moves to heal circles, even if they are close, even if they are poisoned or de-buffed. Or when as a DPS you get to low hp runs toward healers, not running from there, that can lead to a wipe, how? That can ruin the positioning of your healer, it can expose healer and can cause the control over tank's HP and lots of bad stuff can happen. So Healers and tanks are not the only reasons that might lead you to a wipe.
So at this point, DPS does mean more efforts than other classes, not less, it is not just relaxing at the corner and Back Criting the boss and get healed none the less with no efforts. It means, lots of positioning, lots of iFraming. DPSing effectively is not easy, get that this in your system, that should help a lot.
Recently with crashes and in some cases massive Trend of Blaming Tanks and Healers, I had to finish dungeons with 3 or 4 ppl without tanks and healers. It happened, It was happening an it is happening. Positioning and iFraming matters, stop this trend, stop being toxic towards Healers and tanks, I see it and it is not healthy.
About healers and tanks:
Positioning matters even more, Where to stand as a healer and control the party, Cleansing, knowing boss attacks, which ones debuff, which one poisons and drains HP, they matter, so learn them, if people are not reacting positively to your heals when they are low, talk to them, explain it to them, you wanna be a famous, loving healer by community, just like famous Pink.Baraka from CH, ages ago ofc, you gotta be patient.
Also about tanks, it is the same, You gotta be focusing on getting aggro and tanking, it means sufficient consumables, You need to have MP, HP potions, other consumables, you need threatening crystals, and also you gotta know the boss animations and skills, which spots are good to hold the boss, to control their movement, by shouts and stuns. If you hold the mobs and bosses under your control, that can lead to a faster run than you doing the dps and losing control of the boss. Also timing is really matters for tanks.
At the end of it, We need short guides of Learn your classes visible for new players. I know we have those but they need to be short, effective, and visible, that can help a lot. Community ofc keeps crying but at least that can help new comers and start a healthy pass.
Thanks for reading, sorry if English is messed up :proud:

I can't heal stupid.
I only blame the players and wont blame the role.
Let me add the stupidity scenario:
1. Charging to boss as a DPS without thinking. Resulting to be one shot in .5 second. The person died. Blaming healer or tanks for being slow for comforting the boss.
2. Godlike assassin DPS players who loves to scatter around, FRONT DPSING the boss, NON-STOP iframing without reasons and the worse standing still acting like LAG and started to afk after that. When he/she died. Blaming the the tank or healer.
3. No Charms buffs.
4. FoTM classes. Newbie who was trapped by new class, they think they can one shot everything.
This situation occurred on lower 65 instance.
In most cases it is the Healers/Tanks fault.
Waiting 2m+ for a heal?
Mystics ONLY using motes to heal party (like seriously return and Mystics still heal that way)?
No energy stars
No corruption
Incorrect positioning?
Like a DPS can only take so much BS granted they are not perfect either, but for most boss fights job is suppose to be easy and game is very much tank n spank/ dodge whenever you have purple aggro. 1 shots fine, but anything else entirely the healers fault some will call em out for it. Problem is most don't because well a crap healer is better than no healer.
Its that mentality why so many healers, even those who are skilled suck once taken out their comfort zone aka they can't play with other ppl.
Partly explains why so many statics are picky about their healers/ tanks even if they are skilled.
The only thing DPS should die from is if they constantly steal aggro from tank (another day) or 1 shots.
Everything else IS healers responsibility.
No one said your job would be easy.
So.... You've never been hit by anything at all, or ever died? Not even when the game forces you to take damage or you die?
This is not about the fight between roles and who does what. I am trying to make some points from people which ran dungeons with multiple classes and actually have some clues what is going on there. So they can pass the information and tips to any classes, not restricted to DPS, healers and tanks too.
1) tank with 4 poundings
2) dps with 4 poundings
3) dps with cruel and virulent niveots in dungeons
4) dps classes that have +20 crit rate
5) dps that never iframes and gets killed in 2 consecutive hits (there is no healer in the world to outheal that)
6) healer who doesnt have 120% stamina glyph
7) healer who goes to resurrect someone and leaves tank and 1 more dps on 10% hp (and they die cause he is resurrecting elsewhere)
8) you are on 10% hp, you even go and stand in front of the healer, standing still waiting for heal.....no heal for you for like 20 seconds
so i have seen them all, those who usually put blame are actually bad themselves and want to shift the blame....but there are players who say these things with a good reason (like 3 of us trying to kill mobs on 3rd boss in sshm and he is still hitting the boss while 30 [filtered] fly around the room killing us)
