Account bound costumes

I know there have been many, many posts about this but it seems like it all has been swept under the rug many times. I don't see the problem with account bound costumes- at least server bound. I hate making a new character and having to buy costumes all over again while so many soulbound costumes are sitting in my bank crying. Non tradeable, non guild bankable. Just shared among the characters on your server with the same race and [filtered].

Especially when you're one of those people who don't like a class anymore and yet you refuse to delete it because you spent so much money on the costumes. >>

    Account costumes, mounts and pets are already available on the cash shop.

    So far I know of one account bound costume, and that's the dyeable steampunk outfit. It comes also with account steam weapons and lion mount. I would certainly like more account bound outfits. :3

    I also dislike costumes being character bound on equip. $10-15 for a costume is already too much and they are bound to a char. At least make BoE costumes way cheaper, it's not like EME can run out of them.

    Anyways I'm not here to trash you. I do see a at least one reason beside them making money.
    This does make the player double think about buying/equipping without brainlessly buying things off here and there and contacting support for refunds and such.

    Also, I've always tried to remind myself that this is the only non-p2w f2p game without strong competition atm. EME/BHS having these such method of sucking players' $$ is probably the best way they can come up with without having the game pay-to-play.

    Besides, if the company wasn't trying to greed (or stay profitable, dunno their situation), there wouldn't be gender-locked and elin-locked contents with 5 star service for them lol (my femani is still crying that she couldn't get pretty stuff like elfs/castanic).

    My own femani won't go near any outfit that gives her high heel HUMAN feet. >.<

    10~15$ is actually much lower than other games... a lot of games charge 20~40$. I've only seen lower on buy to play games.

    @Yamazuki At current prices I buy a costume once half a year (if even that) instead of buying one every month or so. Even Elite Status is barely worth it when you're lvling a new char, other times you don't even want it. Games with high cash shop prices are loosing money on only catering for a small portion of players and then wonder why they are struggling financially.
