Need help with ingame tera shop!

Hi guys im not able to open the tera store while in game :C i click on it but nothing happens
I tried to go to the dressing room, randomly choose an item and click 'go to tera store' too but it just greys out and i have to quit the client ....
any idea why??

I don't wanna keep referring to the website t_t

*my 'welcome message' also doesnt show! ; _ ;

    Hello. What operating system are you using? Also, is your tera folder included in your anti virus exceptions list?

    It happened to me as well before along with the broker UI when I started playing the game. Resizing UI solves the problem for me. Not sure your case tho

    Make sure you don't close your launcher after hitting the play button as well!

    Shoot, I heard of this problem before. I think it was a connection thing? As the shop is not directed via the game but directly accesses via internet. I think the user was using a gaming platform, routing over a proxy.

    i heard in another thread about opening port... 1000? or something like that apparently helped.

    I resized the UI and it worked haha, silly me >< apparently the ui went out of my screen.
