I myself gave up of +15 after have tried to get tensus +15. Instead of that I've got really poor.
i think we already lost 50%
He meant 50% of that other 50%. <.<
tera is a video game, video games are supposed to be fun, not a source of frustrations. but that's obviously too much for you to understand.
Forvarth = Biggest Money Sink in the game.
Legendary Enchanter = Legendary Money Sink
"Aha so you finally came." = "Aha another person came to waste their alkahest and feedstock to RNG"
"You will become a legend" = "You will become embittered with 101 tries of trying to force your weapon / armor to become +15"
Truth be told I'm burned out over it and Kumas Royale is losing its appeal fast on my end so yeah I'm not grinding another Bonanza box. Though at least your weapon does not go down a level like it does before or it doesn't break completely like it does in some MMORPG's.
I try to save up mats so that I avoid the frustration. No matter how much it costs it will enchant in one session...well, that's the theory, but a run of bad luck and all my mats ran out with one item still sat at +13. I'm not going to bother with it now. I am completely demotivated at the prospect of having to graft away to get some MWA and Feedstock every day to try to enchant one or two attempts at a time. It's so depressing. I think the devs have to realise that for some people that sort of thing really is a massive demotivation. There is a lot going for Tera, but for me, when I run out of mats, I slow down my playing, feel demotivated, and one of these days I may well just walk away and not come back. The devs really need to offer guaranteed enchantment based on the average. For Awakened gear these figures are really scary ~ it would be 10,000 feedstock and 5000 MWA for each step from +12. But to me that would be far preferable to the insane system they have in place now.
I agree and feel your pain. I am stuck at +13 for my sorc's weapon after so many attempts. My boyfriend took 90 attempts to +15 his weapon. The fact that rng is involved in this process is BS; some people are lucky with rng while others aren't. I've seen a few people who +15 their gear 2-3 times in a row (pay to win for sure), which isn't fair to those who farm and work hard to get their resources only to fail and be stuck at where they're at. Like others have mentioned, if you don't want to go through this pain, you can just buy the weapon from people. It's cheaper and less frustrating that way.
Oops. I meant to say some people +15 3 of their gear pieces 3 times in a row, if that makes sense. I have a screenshot of that somewhere.
But wouldn't this be considered p2win?
Just saying! (don't mind me)
No because it can also be obtained (albeit much slower) through playing normally. EME was smart enough to make those points available for f2p as well.
True, But what's the ETA to get from Tier 1 to Tier 10 without spending a dime?
T10 is not even needed. I know I know, an extra +1% to enchant and a free summon Phargo (at T9) compared to T6, which seems to be what most are aiming for, but still, these rewards are not something you do extra to your gaming. You get these from doing what you were doing before. Also consider when the game was p2p we didn't have these nor Elite perks. Tera's p2p era felt like playing the current f2p game but with more bank and character slots and (for the topic) a much more restrictive enchanting system. Pretty much everything else was the same as current f2p.
