Difficulty purchasing EMP through Tera IN GaME with Steam

My steam wallet's amount is 34.07
I've downloaded Tera through Steam.
I checked to see that Steam is connected to Tera through Settings>Profile Management on Enmasse website.

At first it took me to the original website with the paypal/credit card options. Now it takes me to a steam-emp site for Tera/EnMasse ...I place in my desired amount (2200 EMP with $20) and it suddenly goes blank and says "Can not purchase through steam because you are not logged in through steam."

Something isn't right, I need help with this, thanks.

    I want to help but I don't have tera through Steam. I tried through the 700 payment options thing but seems Steam is not there. At least a search gave me no results.

    Steam never takes me to PayPal when i buy EMP through it, most likely because i set up my primary payment as my credit card and not my PayPal account. In order to buy EMP through steam, make sure you are logged in into the desktop app. Also, maybe session might have timed out while processing your payment.

    If that is not the issue, you may need to update your payment info.

    And bumping your own thread is not allowed btw.

    Log in with steam make so many problem , when i start play tera i also login with steam after that my friend told me i can just use the launcher to play don't need to open steam , it make much easy and the launcher wont have so many problem something like stuck at the launcher 100% but you cant click the play button, so solution for you is use Tera launcher and buy emp ingame with credit / debit card , easy & fast : )

    Steam will never take u to paypal if u buy thru steam. U have to top up into ur steam wallet first.
    I've a issue purchasing EMP via steam last time. Prepare ur images and contact steam support.
    Steam support definitely will ask for images.

    *Don't buy EMP via steam. Just buy from tera enmasse instead.

    OP's problem is that he has his money on his Steam account. Wonder if that money can be moved to a paypal account or something. Though the game should allow steam wallet purchases. If not, something is wrong. You may need to submit a ticket if you already made sure you are doing everything correctly.

    That would be an interesting thing to work on, if that isn't possible already. Yeah, I've seen a lot of people saying they can do it..and a lot of people saying they can't. It might be Tera still learning, lol.

    To the rest of you, thank you for the responses! So sorry for the bump, I wasn't aware that's prohibited on this site...considering most (if not, all) forums have the option to bump a topic. Is it because this community is smaller? You know, for traffic control?

    Yeah, I logged into my steam program/desktop. That's how I enter the Tera game...through steam. But I'll fiddle around with the payment options of mine, changing payment methods and such...maybe there's something I can do with that.

    And thanks Showtek! I've already filed my ticket in about an hour or two ago. No pictures, they seemed to accept it. Now I just gotta play the waiting game.

    EDIT: If anyone is having troubles still, either contact for help with a ticket OR go onto Steam desktop and switch it BIG PICTURE MODE. You'll find that in the top right corner. Just hover your mouse of the game-controller icon. I actually accidentally clicked that last night and it surprised me...I gave it a shot, ran Tera and did the store thing and it worked! Phew. A little finicky, Tera is.
