BG credits after Ninja patch

Are the new BG credits shown in the patch notes before Elite Status? i.e. with Elite Status and you win FWC with max contribution, you get 2x(2.4k+2k) = 8.8k KS credits?

    I don't think elite status affects these credits. The reputation boost only affects quest-type credits, so for your dailies and stuff like that.
