Is my ring Broken?

Recently im trying to perfect roll my accessories for all my 12 classes. I know its RNG but usually it only took like 100 SES to perfect roll 1 accessory and ive been doing this for years. I got no problem with my other classes but for some reason my acher's shadowvain ring wont get power4/crit4 roll and i already used 700+ SES on this ring. Should i just throw away this cursed ring? Im really losing gold here.

    One trick I've tried was rolling on two rings.

    There is no "cursed" in mathematics. So if you feel better, throw that ring away. But as you surely will have noticed, you already rolled some hundred times a single +4 power and a single +4 crit. So there's no sign of the ring being "broken". It's just the combination of exactly these two dont appear together yet.
