    If you've had the weapon recovered from support then they might've spawned it wrong which is why you don't have the bonus enchantment lines.

    You don't have +10 - +12 lines either.

    also it shows 4.5% increased damage which means it isnt masterworked either

    last week there was an exploit regarding +15 enchant scrolls for T9 gear, i assume this particular weapon had one of those scrolls used on it hence why it's not masterworked and does not show +10-12
