Need help on FPS issues
I'm having my fps dipped into 4-6 during dungeon fights... on HW with 20++ people around 30-40, empty places at 80fps.
I've tried everything on optimization tweaks
Specs: MSI R9 380 4GB, I3-6100 3.7GHz, 8GB RAM
on windows10
Is my computer suppose to do this bad during dungeon fights??

What usually helps me is
task manager > Right click tera (not the launcher) > go to details > right click where it brought you again > set priority > high
Don't know if this works for other people but it helps me in fps gain increase.
I have the same problem with a Sapphire R7 360, some guy on the forums mentioned that rerolling to older driver versions fixed it for him, however when I tried it didn't help me at all but you should try it out nonetheless. Seems like TERA hates the 300 series in general
Refer to the link below FPS boots up 50% at least. Thanks me later and Tera graphic engine sucks max

1st - Your GPU got bottleneck by your CPU.
2nd - TERA runs heavily on CPU, not GPU.
Solution:
Firstly, upgrade your CPU to at least i5 or any equivalent CPU to match with your R9 380. i7 or equivalent are recommended.
Second is optional, install SSD to boost even more your computer.

Recently i switched from an old GTX 560 to a Radeon RX 480 and in TERA it seems almost the same performance, even lower in dungeons, with a graphics card that run more than fine newer games.
You can try the dozens of internet topics about optimizing the game, just make sure to back up your config files and be aware that, most guides target Nvidia GPUs.
