Has Anyone Seen the Argon Frog?

I haven't looked much in Valley of Titans or Jagged Coast, mostly because the mongos are scarce and the loot is crap, but I have never seen the rare argon frog. What does it drop/deliver?

Also, is it possible to get Noble Timber from this event or only Noble Moon?

    For me it dropped some glasses red and blue I think, embers and feedstock if I remember correctly.

    I also got a blue frog, same drops as post above.
