Can't log in

Hi! Before I turn to support (idk how fast response time is, and someone might know what to do) I'm just gonna ask here:

Since last Friday, I can't log in to the game. My launcher doesn't give me the login window, it's stuck like this:

Repair is greyed out. I've restarted the launcher, restarted windows, neither worked. Deleted and reinstalled the whole game. Nothing changed on my computer, which ran Tera perfectly up until now. It's added to exceptions on my anti-virus program, I've ran it as administrator. I haven't found this happening to anyone else online (if you google tera launcher problems, all you get is stuff about the [filtered] EU launcher -.- ). Does anyone have any ideas that I could still try, or should I just turn to support?

    You should definitely contact support even if someone here can help you out.

    If you fix the issue after contacting support then you can just mark it as solved.

    Try to full exit steam -> Program Files -> Steam -> steamapps -> common -> TERA -> TERA-Launcher
    (launch without using steam)

    Forgot to mention, I'm not running Tera from Steam. Tried to full exit steam anyway, it didn't help :\

    I'll write to support then, as adviced, but if anyone still has an idea about what to do, shout in my direction T.T
