+12 Enhancement Scroll from Buddy-Up Rewards

So the other day I hit 65 on my newest character and was really excited at the prospect of getting a +12 Enhancement Scroll. I rushed to open my box and there it was all shiny and rewarding, until I read that it was only useful for Tier 7 gear and lower. What is the point of giving us a +12 Enhancement Scroll when we can't use it on anything? You go from Idoneal gear to Tier 8 Dreadnaught in less than a few hours.

    Buddy-Up rewards for new Lv65 characters have not been updated at all since it was introduced a year ago.

    This was one of the very first things I brought up when the Player Council was created. EME are aware of the issue and hopefully we will see an update to it Soon™.

    The tier of gear doesn't change with patches. The only way for that scroll to be usable again is if the scroll itself is changed.

    No, i was totally being serious when i said we might get an upgraded scroll so we can use it on dreadnaught that we wont be able to obtain anymore when we get the next expansion. That way we can get a new +12 scroll from buddyup, but it will still be useless

    I actually just crafted my lucid axe a few weeks ago. sadly i dont have feedstock to +15 it
