Will an Asia server ever be established?
I am playing from singapore so the ping is usually around 200~ 260ms. Sometimes the ping spikes are really bad. Other times its delay in skills casting. I really envy other players who have relatively low ping and able to cast such smooth rotations. If it's about gaming experience, I would really like to be able to do the same as the NA players. I would really support having a server here, don't have to be all the Asia countries but one centralised Asia server. That would improve the Asian players experience by so much more. Please enlightened me if such a thing is possible, both financially and technically.

No. It won't happen.
EME only have rights to publish TERA on North America, any foreign player is allowed to play on NA TERA if he/she wants to, but EME cannot publish the game outside NA. Once they tried to publish TERA on Steam, wich was a smart move and LOTS of foreign players came to play it on EME's TERA, but then again legal issues due the publishing area forced them to remove it from Steam. That would be likely the same that would happen if they make any foreign server.5
