Now, my regulars will suffer from the inactive historic members of the guild. New people will not join unless the guild is of some level (just like Blade and Soul, which was [filtered] up). The guild will die unless it becomes really active. I'll have to kick those old friends and maintain daily gameplay which is not our style, not being hardcore gamers, or let the guild sit on level 1 and eventually stop playing the game all together. The 10 people will eventually go too, and not being able to recruit freely as I do now, the guild will die.
This is not the "Guilded Age". Non-daily players will always be without a guild, or getting kicked after a while. Guilds will become introversive and exclusive. Soon your game will limit to the regulars, and die.
All of this for one simple reason: 100 member limit and 300 character cap. Lift this to allow the rest of us who don't care to be superbuffed but nevertheless wanna be in a society (very reasonable expectation in an MMO). Let the guildmaster define who's participating in quests or not, which should dictate who's getting buffs and gold. Find a way to allow "parked" characters and people. We want to wait for our friends to come back one day instead of kicking them. Of course this is not gonna happen, cause even if you decide to do this it will take you 2 years.
So tell me how a social, non-hardcore guild is suppose to be maintained?
do guild levels reset to 0 after the patch?
Yes and No depending on how you see it.
The level raised by Cathanarch Award are completely different, so in a sense it's a yes but technically no.
Do they reset eventually if you don't keep leveling it?
No. If you stop, then it remains where you stopped forever. There is no "reset" to this guild level system.
How long does the temp bank last?
Forever until you unlock Guild Bank slots. Only Guild Master can see/withdraw them though, and of course, you can't store anything.
Do people get free account bank expansions?
Are we getting them in NA? KTERA didn't get them yet since they are getting bank expansion sometime this month to 8 slots ( so +4 slots) but we don't know if NA will hand them out for free.
I highly doubt KTERA will get theirs free since that's how Korean game publishers run things to leech more money as possible-- especially NEXON Kr... I hope EME have different idea in their mind.
How hard are the quests for each tier?
It's same as Vanguard technically-- just Guild based.
Do world boss spawn timer get sped up?
Yes. All WBAM spawns 3~4 hours according to several reports. The WBAM achievements are reduced to 1 kill instead of some 15, 50, 100 kills or such.
And will Noctenium Infusions be available after patch?
Also, what will happen to the alliance territories?
Gone
And will Noctenium Infusions be available after patch?
Vanguard and reward for completing some quest.
basically we're screwed when it comes to extra bank space now.
bs.
Well, I have more than enough storage pets, but it's an unnecessary inconvenience from my side.
2. What will happen to Alliance credits?
3. What will happen to PvP crystals? (bought with Alliance credits)
4. Should I use my leftover Alliance credits?
The levels better be permanent and none of this resets after whatever date. Not to mention there should or hopefully be some solo-able guild quests to earn levels. Otherwise, it's BS as practically everyone in my guild is on a different timezone than me. I don't want to be kicked out because of that.
1. Will there be replacements for alliance skills in the list of new guild skills? Like, the reputation bonus.
2. Will having more accounts than the new limit prevent a guild from doing stuff in the new system?
3. Does the guild leader activate the new quests or does each player accept them individually? As in, can I decide to do quests A, B, C and D while somebody else in the same guild does E, F, G and H instead?
4. Does the WB quest credit every person who shows up or is it 1 player/guild or 1 player/server type of thing?
5. Can we get screenshots from the entire quest menu? I really really want to know how the gathering quests work.
Feedback: Can we have the personal bank expansions come with this patch instead of months later? Space will be a serious issue for the hoarders....
@Idi0ticGenius could you recheck and confirm?
why guild name wipe for what? what reason wipe for? if person took good one, deal with it.
