No that is only for the merger not for the transfer afterwards.
If only that would be the case then i would not have such problem with the merger

The problem would still exist for people with more than 16 chars in total (even those who stay on the merged server) who have to delete several characters. or people who do not have a server with 12 slots who are basically forced to delete characters.(since you get 4 slots with the merger)

But it would solve the problems of people who do not want anything to do with PVP and who specifically chose a PVE server.

And again people chose a PVE server for a variety of reasons and i am sick of PVP ers complaining that PVE people do not want to be on a PVP server for obvious reasons (and pleas shut up on its pvp 65 you are basically 65 in a day most of your game time your 65)

Also the main daily's are currently not in a OWPVP area (but as a poster already explained a lot of vanguard requests are not in a safe area and since they are quick they do have a decent number of people doing them)
But what guarantee do PVE players have that in a next update or expansion that stays the same?(or even with the merger that OWPVP stays dead)
What guarantee do PVE players have that PVP does not get a massive overhaul or update making PVP interesting again even OWPVP.
And why should a PVE player now be forced to stay in safe zones or otherwise risks getting pked
Why should people who chose a PVE server be forced to constantly switch channels look behind them and just except being pked when that is not the choice of server they made.

And why does EME expect us to fork over money if we want to keep playing on a pve server(or a lot of gold if you are lucky during the transfer that they are still available for in game gold so there goes your costume gold)
no character slots above 2 no bank slots, wardrobe slots (if you have a founder account and have no characters on AV the hit will be less since you have 8 char slots and a full bank)

so expect to see a lot of posts later on in the month like this

After that you will see a lot of PVE ers rage quite. who where conned in staying because they where told OWPVP does not happen
They will then no longer spend money in the store, no longer have a elite sub so less money in the long run for EME.
Then the next game EME brings out they will think twice wheter they want to invest in that game.

So overall a bad decision but even worse is the execution of the bad idea

Will M'm Moveing my Toons to AV! I NEVER do PvP I'm a PvE Player, I used to play WoW and now Hate PvP whay i stoped playing that [filtered] [filtered] Game and came to TERA!! BUT Thanks to This CRAP i will cost me 30$ to get more char slots.... I'v KILLED 4 of My Toons on HW sofar.

So can see they do not GIVE a [filtered] about the Players and I'v Stoped doing dailys on HW Whay even do them just Lose most of my stuff.
So just what to say THANK YOU ASSHOLES!!!!!!

My only advice here would be, can we stop shooting and wasting our ammo BEFORE we even get there? I do have my assumptions and such about what would happen when the server merges, but by now just shooting blind, even if it's a logical assumption, does nothing to fix the problem or whatever. IF there is even a problem.

So, sure, I'm not telling anyone to shut up or anything, but I do advice patience and to watch what happens whenever it happens. There will be a time period to transfer if what happens is not to someone's like. But, what IF people actually happen to like it in the end? We won't know until we get there. So let's grab a seat, pop some pop con in the microwave (because it's already better than the stuff I'm getting at the movies), sit back and relax. The ride will get there eventually.

"Stop crying its gonna be 65 pvp only" you guys keeping saying it like if all we gonna do is lvl new chars. xD
I loved the choice to move to av for free, but i dont have the gold or the real money for 10 char slots and 3 bank slots. GG
We don't care about staying in SZ everytime, we care about being forced to pvp when we have some open world event link mongos/blue boxes.
Anyway, good luck to us all because I remember the people from LOT and they were cancer...

Threads like this makes me want to level and gear a character in FF server and go on a killing spree in PK zone gathering areas.

Others have already posted the solutions, after the merge you get 4 characters slots for free in Fey Forest.

Solution:
If you have over 16 characters in FF, place high level characters in deletion state until you can enter server. Claim the 4 free characters slots, transfer that character and use slots in AV. Move the rest of characters and cancel deletion on characters you want to keep.

This threads just shows how lazy some people in HW are, wasting time by crying on forums instead of looking for a solution.

I know this and i still dont have for the rest: 6 char slots, 3 bank slots and 4 wardrobe slosts
You guys are mad because we disagree about this merge just because it wont affect you. if it was different you would be the one crying here.
Anyway, the decision has been made and we need to live with it. =]

I love the attitude the pvp guys are throwing around, you really aren't helping at all if anything you are giving pve players even more of a reason to leave. I will be going to AV i picked a pve server and that's where i would like to stay.

if they leave fey forest will be another failure like highwatch, valley of titan and lake of tears and this time nothing may save this server

There are gathering nodes all over Island of Dawn(which is a completely safe zone by the way) with the dailies. At this point someone would have to willingly expose themselves to PvP and then shout their location in global for someone to try and find them.
