    Think its only for the 3 sever that geting merge as there be mult player with the same name and whats not

    From all the info we have gotten, it's only for the new Fey Forest server. Seems like it's more a name convergence, more than just a name wipe.

    Since three servers are becoming one, they will have people that share the same names. When that happens, it'll give the name to the one who has the most play time on that given name.

    For names that haven't been used since Septemeber of 2015, they will be wiped for the new server. (But that would be if the name isn't used on all three servers since 09/2015)

    Well, it's more like... inactive characters will be taken "out of the running" for the name competition. It's based on the most play time, so long as your character is active.

    So in other words, the criteria to determine who wins is:

    1. Is the character active?
    2. Does it have the most play time?

    If you fail criteria 1, you won't get evaluated for criteria 2.

    Of course, if there's a name that was only used by one person on all three servers, and they were inactive, then that name would be freed up as well.
