    I've used support twice and both took less then 1h. It all depends on workload and if something has happend in game that causes ticket flood.

    Oddly enough, I haven't sold anything accidentally. Mostly because I double check everything before vending them.

    I have, however, used yellow gear I wanted to enchant as fodder for the real fodder. It took them about 5 hours, which isn't bad at all. The only thing the gloves were missing was the original enchanting advantage, which is minor compared to having to start over.

    As for buy back, yeah, I was actually surprised that the game doesn't have this feature. Luckily, I've never needed it, but it would make selling stuff to NPC's less stressful.
