I hadn't see anyone asking about it.will those ppl that reach 65 first after the server is created get the title for their class?

    That is the First Responder.
    Cutting-Edge is the first one with that class to 65, I believe.

    What if someone has something like, a lvl 64 that needs 100 exp to lvl up, or just to turn in a quest to become lvl 65. Isn't that unfair?

    First Responder was first clear of DS2 when they reset the time on it.

    Cutting-Edge titles have never been re-awarded or redistributed due to a server merge. Once you have it, you keep it, and I don't think they are redistributed on server merges cuz that's not technically how you're supposed to get it.

    Once upon a time, server first lvl50 was gived to the fist person in class that logged in the server after a maintence in Wonderholme patch.
    But 1 week later they removed.

    Dont think they do cutting-edge as there will be people that allready 65 also for those that wonding cutting edge is frist class to 65 or back in the old tera 60 as well.
