    That's how it looks. You have until 9pm PDT to resolve anything you need to on the 3 servers being merged. After that there's about a 12 hour downtime so they can get everything in working order.

    I made a Nopi character in HW just yesterday, actually not even taking into account the merger. Silly me. >.< There's Nopi characters in TR and AV that are not mine, and I assume if there's Nopi characters in either LoT or VoT, I'll also have to change my HW char's name.

    PDT is GMT -8. So To get the time difference you take Your time (GMT +8) and subtract from that EME time (GMT -8). So that's 8 - (-8) = 16. So 9:00 +16h = 25:00 or 1:00 the next morning.
