Possible to transfer character items from one character to another?

    Do you mean soulbound items? In general, there's no way to transfer bound items. If you purchase a race change, EME will swap the items to the equivalent in the new race/gender, but (generally) not rebind them to a different character.

    If you are referring to the server merger and the fact that you may have to delete characters that have bound cosmetics to them due to exceeding the cap of 16 characters, I don't think any plan was announced for this. But I would at least move these items to your bank for now before deleting the characters, just so you have a possibility of keeping them.

    You absolutely can transfer even soul bound items from one character to another providing they are both on the same account and on the same server. You can take soul bound items out of your bank with other characters and have them in your inventory, you just can't equip items that are soul bound to other characters.
