ABHM can be quite messy depending on your party when solo healing, being too far from the boss is usually bad even though it might seem safe, since you might get secondary aggro multiple times (bomb, laser, drill, etc) and only having one iframe there's a good chance you'll die.
Prayer of peace can de-spawn cages as long as no one hit it (iirc, any aggro drop skills should work), remember cleanse is anti-stagger/kd, even though the cooldown was doubled it's still pretty useful, i think you can cleanse-cancel and still get the same effect without fully casting it, try to stay at 15m~ from the boss and move around it, move a bit further if double swing, and try to chase his back.
Also staying behind his right leg is a good safe spot for pretty much everything, and remember you can dodge lasers by hugging his leg, no need to waste your only iframe with that. And if your party is fine with dodging, try to keep their stacks, but cleanse yourself, 180 your camera so you won't hit them with the circle aoe and keep them fully healed with burst/kaia/immersion/focus heal, it can be pretty healing intensive.
Remember to arise if necessary, tons of kd's on krakatox, can also use grounding vyrsks/kaia endurance, being more tanky until you feel 100% comfortable with the fight.
Boss should be enraged 98%+ of the fight as long as your party dps isn't super low so you might wanna try a poised crystal and poisedly weapon dyads(those are awesome).
I have a few healer PoV's even though i barely stream/record anymore, hope it helps!

I forgot I have a video of that as well. Using Totem as a body still continues to work. I miss soloing mid as a Mystic in TSHM and FIHM's curses...

"iframing DSU Jester Swaps Mystic PoV"
No. I had trouble too when people said to look at his hand curling (I assume Pinopy meant his hand curling) to know when to iframe. I'll just clarify right now that yes, the general iframe timing is when he curls his hand, but the EXACT timing is different (and this is an important distinction for classes with short iframes like mystic). The exact moment he lasers is right after he starts uncurling his hand. This is both when he's enraged, and not enraged. It does not change. Look in Yosha's guide for Pahoegar to see it for yourself.
"TERA - Pahoegar Laser Timing"
@Pinopy I find that counting is less precise as you may sometimes count faster or slower. However, if this works for you then that is great...
After you have mastered iframing the laser in general, you can take it to the next level and practicing Laser Targeting Pillars as seen in my video here...
"Laser Target Jaunting (Helicopter Lasering Pillars)"
Laser Target Jaunting aka "Helicopter Lasers" requires precision Teleport Jaunt timing as well as being aware of your surroundings in order to avoid killing your fellow party members...
Wrong. Heal priority is dynamic, it's based on danger level, recovery probability and importance to the party, not the role or class. That is, assuming you want to be more than basic.
The timing takes practice and you general only get to with bad groups. This is something to do only if using double heals as it will 1. Save you if you miss the timing and 2. Will ensure that a dps isn't targeted since double heals can afford to lose a healer for a bit if needed.
If it's the throw where the victim got two stacks of stare, the throw can be iframed, but not invincibilitied (smoke bomb, recall, warp barrier). Idk why it's different for the two, but that's how it is.
Almost ALL of his attacks do not hit directly behind him. As such, the safest spot to be at most of the time is to be directly behind him. There are a few exceptions, like his ground slam attack, which will hit anyone within touching distance of his back, but these are easily avoided by backing up a little or iframing.
Krakatox secondary aggroes a lot, and each time, he attacks the person he targets more than once. It is important to be ready to evade these or to mitigate the damage if the first option isn't possible.
While Krakatox's laser can be iframed, the constant barrage of attacks commonly results in the iframe being on CD at a moment like this for healers, but there is a way to dodge the laser without an iframe. If you are within touching distance of the boss, moving around him as he is chargin' his laser will cause you to avoid the laser just by moving around him at very close range (this works even if you're in combat). My guess on why this works is because there's a delay between when he "fires" the laser, and when it "hits" the people in its path. Be careful not to catch other teammates in the laser when you are doing this.
One thing that a lot of people have gotten testy about is how to handle the Power/DoT debuff. Some parties want me to cleanse it right away so that there is no DoT. Others want me not to cleanse so they can maximize their DPS. My strategy that seems to satisfy both groups of people is to let the party keep the debuff if they're doing a good job of keeping damage received at a minimum and DPSing the boss, while still cleansing when the stacks start to get a bit high. If the party is taking a lot of damage/dying frequently, I will cleanse ASAP, as the DoT on top of all the other damage the party is taking can be quite burdensome.
...yeah same here, I don't cleanse til it gets too much to reasonably manage. The bleed's power buff is crucial during dps check. And if anyone ever complains about it, ignore them. That's the healer's call as long as he/she can handle it.
But all in all, solo healing ABHM is hard but becomes easier with practice. It will really test your mobility, survivorability and multitasking skills.
Thanks again for the insight
