    If I remember well, there was elin named Dakuryon on HW. And s/he probably kept the name.

    I know because I did this when someone took one of my highly popular names on my main server from my actual main character. I did a support ticket to petition for my name back and I got it back almost instantly. The person who was spamming global excitedly about having gained my name logged back in furious that I got my name back. It all happened in real time while online the entire time.

    Better have some backup names because the merge wasn't really meant to help anyone gain names and in name conflicts it seems to rename both people "freeing" up the name but support will then check by hand to see who it belongs to. If you never had it you won't win at all in the petition.

    There's no appeal for name wipe on merged server.

    Well...... Eh I got most of it.

    I'm not surprised I lost Dva, despite being an old character I'm sure someone after overwatch came out had the same name and played a ton.

    The level 35 lancer I just find funny that someone else even used that name. So yeah... That's fun.

    Kept my RL name, and also managed to snag my boyfriend's RL name(somehow). Lost Aurora and Roxanne.
    Got Anastasia and Andrew(waiting for him to come on and take it from me). Wish i'd put more time in to Aurora, or at least had put it on a class I actually enjoyed playing.
    Oh well.

    By some miracle, only 1 out of 13 names was lost, bai bai Shireen. ;o; I managed to get a name I liked even better though, related to a book series I love very much. :3 The miracle was that the (Japanese) name I suspected would be lost was not. Lucky. o:

    None, because all my names are unique or unique enough to not have any worries of being taken...
