Log-in buff is wrong

According to my VG calander, I have attended 4/7 days. This doesn't make sense. I have in fact logged in everyday on HW, and no days, save for today, on FF. So that number should either be zero or seven.

    mine were stuck at 6/7 like 4x times day 6 then next day still day 6 then next day still day 6 after maintenance after i got login fed bills at 8pm est calendar still says day 6...

    I went thru this with one account recently.
    6/7 for like 3-4days while missing the 7day buff even though i log in daily.
    Submitted a ticket regarding this and a GM said i missed a log-in, But was kind enough to fix it for me.
    Sadly even though i been logging into that account daily since then, That one seems to have lost the 7day buff yet again...
    while 2 other accounts I'm active on just as much both have the 7 day buff.

    Well, in my case, it simply doesn't make sense even if I did miss a day. If I some how missed a day it should have been 6 instead of 4.

    I really couldn't tell you :(
    It is a bit confusing.
    Best to just submit a ticket and hopefully a GM can help you out (hopefully)
