I was on yesterday and today to test the waters. I had quite a few altercations. Just because you yourself hadn't seen them, doesn't mean the same for others
I've heard complaints from both sides. Care to ask any other obvious questions?

Lets be sure you have all the facts. As previously stated there was plenty of notice regarding the "idea of a merge" and then there was more discussion about the merge. Then there were global announcements - global chat announcements - on your Login Screen before you even start TERA there was an announcement - Then to top it all off - THERE WAS AN EMAIL SENT TO YOU explaining what was happening, why it was happening and how the "majority" of people wanted this merge to take place.
EME could have said ok we are just going to merge this server and it will be a PVP only server. But they didn't - instead they gave us the PVP 65 to accommodate the general PVE people in a reasonable manor. - Sorry to say this but you are a minority at this point. Majority rules in this case and I can say from my experience thus far - The Majority of players welcome the merge and appreciate the accommodation EME has made to do their best to appeal to both PVP and PVE communities.
Now to be really clear - You were given notice and a chance to voice your opinion and you failed acknowledge this. You ignored over a month of conversations in game and on the launcher and in email and are just now deciding to come here complaining about it...
I do mean offense when I say your ignorance is the issue here - not the merge.
How about the fact that it was four of em together? Regardless of if its me, I don't like it.
Let it be a lesson learned- the forums are a valuable resource. MMO's typically rely on their players to communicate with each other, this one is no different.
Limited time to play each day, I recieved no email til recently, I was told nothing of this early on, and when, there's something I feel strongly about, Imma be there to fight.
Then move change channels or wait 20min untill they go eway.
They merged the servers so it would be more alive its about keeping the servers active and its not about 1selfish player who got salty cuz he got killed.

Thats my main question here. Why would they merge servers that would conflict? They coulda merged PvP with PvP and PvE with PvE. They chose to put the wolves in with the sheep. Why?!

Like i said this is not a server problem, but it is only yours.
I never said It was all of HW that felt this way. But its definitely not none.

I've given it a chance. But I just can't enjoy things there. Why can't my friends and I have a chance? We were happy. We had fun. Now we have to constantly look over our shoulder. We've already been uprooted. Why cant we take everything with us when we leave?
Ahem... You do have the option to move everything to AV once free server transfer becomes available.
