we need one badly especially with the new server merges; a new economy needs costumes to look sexy while doing the same dungeon everyday

    This thread is a bit misleading lol. They haven't done any of those types of promotions for years, I assume partly because EMP is now a currency used across multiple EME games so it would require some coordination to pull off. They tend to prefer to do promotions on specific items (or types of items).

    So basically there are to tracks:
    On the EME track, we get direct discounts on seasonal costumes. They bring in old ones and discount them. They chose some (more or less) random stuff and discount them for a weekend. You buy EMP anytime you want.

    On the Gameforge track, you only have the TT(=EMP) sales. This means, people wait for the sales and buy their TT. You have to estimate how much TT you want to spend until the next sale. You buy a whole pack, because you dont know when the next sale is.

    I play/ed both and I prefer the EME track. Because there are times I want to buy more in a month/new released stuff and just buy EMP anytime I want. Gameforge: If the shop releases new stuff I want to have and didnt buy enough TT from the last sale, I have to buy expensive TT, knowing that I could buy with a discount next.

    Would be more logical to make sales of specific (or a bunch of) items, OR an EMP sale for about 20% less or something. 50% is just too much. Maybe a very limited time sale, like for an hour or something.
