Free transfer after the merge? how?

As the title says, I would like to know how exactly we are going to be able to transfer to AV after the merge. I read somewhere that you cant merge until the 9th? here it is the 9th (though I have no idea where the servers are located) and ive yet to see anything about it. ive tried transferring to AV the normal way and it requests EMP. I do not have much money and id much rather do it for free as promised. I love this game and any help would be appreciated.

    The servers are located in Chicago, but the official server time is Seattle.

    The free transfer from the new server Fey Forst to Ascension Valley starts on 9th sept., Seattle time. This means you have to wait 10 (edit) more hours. Then you have 5 days to do so, so keep calm, take your time on this weekend not to mess up your transfer. http://support.enmasse.com/tera/server-merge-2016#Transfer

    For the free transfer, you just do a regular transfer. As the system recognizes you from FF to AV within the given time, the system will nevertheless make a normal invoice, but charge you zero EMP.

    I will try again in the morning but its still not working, ive been griefed quite a few times which is why i cant gegtt off this server fast enough. maybe I have something in my Inv that cant be transfered. I looked through the list and cant see anything but im a packrat so that might be the issue. can you take additional character slots with you? the items i mean, before use

    Just saw that it's 10 am Seattle time, you have to wait a bit more (9.5h from now on). You can take your character slots with you. Make sure you clear your bank before transfering, the bank does NOT move.

    Huh, I was doing also a transfer and just saw that you cant take your bank slots with you :(

    Just an FYI. Character counts are not updating correctly, it still shows I have 8 on Fey and 3 on AV. I only have 1 on Fey and it shows 8.
