FF to AV transfer issues

I had a couple of characters low level in HW before the merge, I deleted most of them and kept a lv41 ninja with everything for the transfer. I transfered to AV, and remembered I forgot to claim the character slots AFTER I transfered. So, I thought, well, I will do a new character in FF, claim the slots, level it to 15-20 and transfer back to AV with the slots in the new FF toon. However, when I go to my account, to the transfer page and I click in the FF tab, it still shows the character I already transfered, the lv41 ninja, whereas in AV it keeps showing and old, and already deleted character. I read that the transfer page had slow, update process, but its been a while now. Is there a way to know when the transfer page will update? Or how to transfer the new toon in FF with the slots back to AV?

    I am going through the same thing... @Spacecats said they where going to have a Temporary Bank where you can Take items out but not put in....When I transferred my Alts Over I forgot about some of the items I had in my Costume Bank...Then I figured they would have this temp bank in place for me to take out the items I left behind, but I have yet to see anything and so I created an Alt in FF to collect all the items and move over...

    When I went to the Server Transfer It still show that I have 1 alt on AV and the 3 that i had on FF... I leveled the new alt on FF to lvl 16 and I don't see it on the list for me to select.

    Same happened to me - I created an alt on FF today, leveled it to 15, and this alt is not showing on server transfer page.

    The character list on the server transfer page only refreshes periodically. I'm not sure the polling frequency; it may be once per day. So if your character isn't showing up on the list yet, try checking again later.

    The temporary bank is only on FF and only if the amount of items combined across all three servers was greater than 4 bank slots. The bank won't exist if you had less items than that, and will only appear on FF, not any other server.

    Yeah been checking since last night still no go....I'm starting to think that it won't change until Tuesdays maintenance which of course will be to late.

    Yeah, I been doing this as well and I am fearing this, too, so if that's the case well, I don't think we can do much about it. I just hope it solves during the weekend and I can transfer the character without problems. But for the most part, I guess we all have to wait.
