Hi!

Sorry to bother anyone. Also verrry sorry if this has already been discussed, but when I searched it up, all I found was returning players.

So... uh.. I logged into a different computer because my computer was 'occupied' for a 'bit'. So when I logged in, none of my characters showed.. So I just made a new one. (And I played to level 5 before I got bored.) Ehh..- when I finally got back to my own computer.. that new character was all I could see. I checked every other server for my two characters, but nothing showed up.. So my question / problem is, is this a bug? Or am I just stupid and I messed up my characters for eternity..?

    Never heard of this before. As the other PC also as a Tera installation I presume there is another account. Did you check if the account is correct? Do you log in via Facebook?

    The characters are saved server sided. I cant imagine shifting your whole characters server-sided. I'd rather check if someone from your household deleted all your characters. You have 24h to restore them by clicking.

    Either wrong server or different account. Your characters are not saved locally (thank goodness). Just make sure you are using the correct account in the correct server.

    I'm gonna assume my chars were gone because they were being switched to Fey Forest?
    Because now they are, and I'm pretty suree I didn't make them on Fey.. o.o

    THey just server merged HW/Lot/ and VoT into Feyforest so if they were ont hose servers that is why they are on Fey.

    Fey is a new server. It's too early to know how it's gonna work out. Bad or good, it's on the community.
